A series of dramatised conversations involving young people, with discussion points. By discussing why some of these conversations are more effective than others, pupils are able to discover for themselves the “rules” behind effective face-to-face communication. The final lesson offers the chance for your class to establish its own communication charter, based on the principles highlighted in previous modules.
