Ready to be Seen and Heard?

Seen and Heard 2008 is looking to recognise young people who have used their communication skills to tackle an issue that's important to them; and adults who have made a positive difference to young people’s lives.

This application form can be used to nominate either yourself or another young person for a Seen and Heard Award. If you would like to nominate an adult, see How to get involved for instructions on how to do this.

About the form

The information you include here will be used by a panel of young judges to decide the winning projects from around the world. To make sure you make the most of your entry, here are some important things to remember when completing the form:

  • Type clearly in English.
  • Share as much information about the project with us as you can.
  • Please make sure you ‘enable cookies’, don’t ‘delete cookies’. Don’t forget to click ‘save’ and ‘continue’ often.
  • You can also send us any other exciting and fun materials that support your entry and help show us what you have achieved.
