Use of BT's educational materials10. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, individual pupils, students and teachers can download and print off documents and pages from this website and order materials from this website for educational purposes within a school or college .

12. Copies of material should not be modified, adapted, offered for sale, sold or hired out or shown to paying audiences.
Conditions for your Contributions13. You will be required to register and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions if you submit any contribution to this website (including without limitation any text, graphics, video or audio) and in doing so you grant BT a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicenseable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed.
14. If you submit video content to us we may make it available on the website by first placing it on www.youtube.com (“YouTube”) and linking from YouTube to this website. As a result your content will be made available on both this website and YouTube. By submitting your contribution you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by YouTube’s terms and conditions and you warrant that nothing in your contribution would cause BT to be in breach of YouTube’s terms and conditions. 15. You agree to waive all moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the website.
16. BT reserves the right to refuse your contribution or edit it, whether because it is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason. If your contributions are repeatedly in breach of these Terms and Conditions, BT may suspend or terminate your registration. If your contribution is subject to any complaint or dispute whether in relation to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise BT will have the right to remove your contribution immediately without notice.
17. Unless contributions have been submitted by the BT Better World Campaign staff, the views expressed in the contributions are not those of BT, nor is BT responsible for any material included in them.
Acceptable use policy for contributions
18. When making a contribution to this site, you must not:
- post material that you did not create, unless you have the permission of the copyright owner in that material
- transmit illegal material (for example indecent images of children) or material that may be deemed to be grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene nature or menacing in character
- include any images of people under 18 without their written permission and the written permission of their parent or guardian.
- send, with the intention of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety a message that you know to be false, or to cause such a message to be sent or to persistently make use of our service for that purpose
- make statements that are defamatory to or misrepresent others. BT is obliged under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act to disclose information to law enforcement agencies and public authorities that are legally entitled to obtain such information. Similarly BT must comply with court orders to disclose information. In serious instances of unlawful activity we may also notify the police or relevant law enforcement agency.
