We want this award to be something that strikes the right balance between acknowledging schools that show a significant improvement and level of achievement in good quality communication, and encouraging schools to be constantly seeking new and innovative ways of communicating.

Key Stakeholders

We want schools to make sure that they have identified and established relationships with their key stakeholders, and that they are both experiencing and demonstrating the highest possible level of good communication practice.

Improvement not excellence

The emphasis must always be on improvement. The award is not really about finding ‘excellence’; it is about asking schools to thoroughly assess themselves in an honest and open way so that they can identify where and how they can improve.
