International projects

  • Inspiring Young Minds –  3 year strategic project bringing education, ICT and communication skills to disadvantaged children in South Africa, Brazil and China.

  • Global Young Customer Hothouse – collaboration activity between UK and International schools.
  • BT Giant Sleepover - world record breaking sleepovers with Campaign activities embedded.
  • World Scout Jamboree - hundreds of scouts from across the world trained to capture the views and messages from their colleagues at the World Jamboree and post them on the web via the BT Scout Tube facility.
  • In 2008 our Seen and Heard Awards were launched globally.
  • KITES - BT and Katha set up KITES (Katha Information Technology E-commerce School). KITES aims to provide high quality education, and IT and computer skills to children in Delhi’s poorest communities.
  • St Crispins IT training centre - BT and St Crispins (an Indian charity) are providing training in IT and computer skills to disadvantaged children in Pune, India.
